As part of the healing process, I wrote a "manuscript" anonymously, in which I scroll in a creepy way all the events of the last 15 years. In the book, which I wrote in the first person, I very honestly share the early signs, the daily fear of being the next murder, the shame of talking about it, and about living alongside a professional gaslighter who does not use any means. Quiet violence is not visible from the outside. Sometimes the abuser is so manipulative that even I as a victim did not realize that I was being abused.
